" We had a faulty shower valve and we needed someone to fix it as our original bathroom fitter was not responding to us. Macauley was pleasant and prompt and he didn't take long to fit the new valve. After the job was done, we realised we had an issue as the water was not getting warm. He knew what had been done wrong on the first visit and he came back as soon as he could to resolve it, so overall it was a good experience. "
